The fine print
Community Standards
Last updated: August 27, 2026
DealPick is for discovering and discussing genuine shopping deals. These standards apply to deal submissions, comments, profiles, messages, ratings, images, and other user-generated content ("UGC"). They are incorporated into the Terms of Use.
What is welcome
Share accurate deal information, helpful shopping experiences, and respectful opinions. Clearly disclose any material relationship to a merchant, seller, or product. Use report tools when you see a problem.
What is not allowed
- scams, phishing, deceptive discounts, false coupon codes, fake reviews, or misleading claims about a product, price, availability, reward, or merchant
- undisclosed affiliate links, paid promotions, commercial solicitation, spam, referral abuse, or attempts to manipulate rankings or engagement
- harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, stalking, or doxxing
- sexual content involving minors, exploitation, trafficking, or any content that endangers a child
- illegal goods, services, instructions, or transactions, including stolen goods, counterfeit goods, fraud, regulated weapons, or controlled substances
- content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
- malware, deceptive links, attempts to collect credentials or payment data, or activity that compromises the Service; and
- content that is unlawful, violent, graphic, or otherwise inappropriate for a general shopping audience.
Reviews, deals, and disclosures
Post only information you reasonably believe is accurate. Do not claim a deal is available, endorsed, or verified when it is not. If you received a product, payment, discount, commission, employment relationship, or other benefit connected to a post, disclose that fact clearly and near the recommendation. Merchant terms always control the actual transaction.
Reporting and enforcement
Use the in-app Report control or email community@dealpick.ai to report suspected violations. Include the relevant URL, user name, screenshot, and a short explanation if available. We may use automated tools and human review to detect and assess violations. We may remove content, reduce distribution, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, or report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities. We do not guarantee that all content will be reviewed or removed.
If we take action on your content or account, you may appeal by emailing community@dealpick.ai with the subject line “Appeal.” We will review appeals in a reasonable time, subject to safety and legal requirements.
