This Privacy Policy explains how Life Agents, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, doing business as DealPick ("DealPick," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the DealPick app, our websites, and related services (the "Services"). It does not govern third-party merchant websites or apps that you visit through a DealPick link.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information generated when you use the Services, and information from service providers or partners. The exact data depends on the features you use and your device permissions.

You may also register using credentials from a third-party account such as Apple, Google, Facebook, or another available provider. In that case, we receive the information that provider makes available to us, which may include your name, email address, profile image, or account identifier. We may receive information from merchants, affiliate networks, business partners, public sources, marketers, survey administrators, referral users, and social-network services, and combine it with other information we hold.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to provide and maintain the Services; authenticate users; personalize deals and alerts; measure and improve features; attribute affiliate referrals; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; communicate with you; comply with law; and protect our rights and users. Where required, we obtain consent for processing, including device permissions and certain cookies or advertising technologies.
3. Cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand usage, measure campaigns, secure the Services, and attribute referrals. You can control certain technologies through browser settings, in-app settings, platform controls, or an available consent tool. Disabling them may limit functionality.
4. How we share information
We may share information with:
- service providers that process data for us, such as cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, communications, security, and crash-reporting providers
- affiliate networks, merchants, and advertising/measurement partners, as needed to attribute a referral, measure campaign performance, or provide an offer
- corporate affiliates and professional advisers
- authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud; and
- a buyer, investor, or successor in a merger, financing, sale, or similar transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. We may use third-party advertising companies and measurement partners that use cookies, SDKs, or similar technologies to provide and measure advertising. Where applicable law gives you an opt-out right relating to targeted advertising, sale, or sharing, you may submit a request as described in “Your Privacy Choices.”
5. Third-party services and links
When you follow a deal link, you leave DealPick and the merchant or other third party controls its site, checkout, cookies, and privacy practices. Review its notices before providing information or making a purchase. DealPick does not receive your payment-card details unless we clearly tell you otherwise.
6. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide the Services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password where an account is available.
7. International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. When required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards.
8. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, restrict or object to certain processing of, or opt out of certain uses of your personal information. You can also manage marketing messages through the unsubscribe link, manage device permissions in your device settings, and request account deletion by emailing privacy@dealpick.ai.
To exercise a privacy right, contact privacy@dealpick.ai. We may verify your request and will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and asking for an appeal. California residents may use the same method to request information or deletion and to exercise any applicable opt-out right.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact privacy@dealpick.ai so we can take appropriate action.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date; where required, we will provide additional notice.
