Your Privacy Choices

You can control certain data practices in DealPick. These choices do not affect information we need to provide the Service, protect security, prevent fraud, or comply with law.

Manage your choices

• Marketing emails: select “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
• Push notifications: change your preference in DealPick settings or your device settings.
• Location: disable location permission in your device settings. DealPick may still infer approximate location from IP address.
• Cookies and web tracking: adjust browser settings and available device/browser privacy controls.
• Personalized advertising / tracking: use your device’s privacy controls, including iOS “Allow Apps to Request to Track” and Android advertising/privacy settings.
• Account deletion: email privacy@dealpick.ai. We will delete or de-identify eligible information, subject to permitted retention for legal, security, fraud-prevention, and recordkeeping purposes.

U.S. state privacy choices

Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, or opt out of certain processing of personal information. To make a request, email privacy@dealpick.ai. We may need to verify your identity. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: To submit an applicable opt-out request, email privacy@dealpick.ai with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” We honor legally required opt-out preference signals where applicable.
