DealPick is designed to help people discover shopping offers with clear information and meaningful controls.
What we aim to do
- Be transparent: We identify affiliate links and sponsored content, and explain that merchants—not DealPick—control their own offers and checkout.
- Protect users: We work to prevent fraud, misleading deal information, harmful links, and abuse.
- Respect privacy: We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy, and offer privacy choices.
- Put users in control: You can manage notifications, permissions, and account-data requests.
How to shop more safely
Before making a purchase, confirm the final price, seller identity, shipping, return policy, coupon restrictions, and payment page on the merchant's own site. Be cautious of unusually urgent claims, requests for gift cards or cryptocurrency, links that ask for passwords, or offers that seem too good to be true. DealPick never asks you to send payment directly to us to claim a third-party deal.
Reporting a concern
Use the in-app Report option or email community@dealpick.ai if you encounter a suspected scam, inaccurate deal, unsafe link, abusive content, intellectual-property concern, or account-security issue. For a suspected security issue, email security@dealpick.ai. Include a link or screenshot when possible. We review reports using a combination of automated signals and human review and may remove content, restrict accounts, or take other appropriate action.
For an immediate risk of harm, contact local emergency services. For a purchase, billing, shipping, refund, or product-safety issue, contact the merchant directly first.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect our Services and the information we handle. No online service can be completely secure. Protect your account with a strong, unique password, keep your device updated, and never share authentication codes.
